Setup and Assembly

Your TASVAC MC607B vacuum cleaner is designed for easy assembly. Follow these steps:

  1. Attach the Floor Brush: Align the floor brush with the main vacuum body (dust cup and motor unit) and push firmly until it clicks into place.
  2. Attach the Extension Wand (for stick mode): Insert the extension wand into the main vacuum body. Then, attach the handle to the other end of the extension wand. Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. For Handheld Mode: Detach the extension wand and floor brush. You can directly attach the crevice tool to the main vacuum body for handheld cleaning.
  4. Cord Management: Wrap the power cord around the cord hooks on the extension wand for neat storage.

Operating Instructions

Using the Stick Vacuum

  1. Ensure the vacuum is fully assembled in stick mode.
  2. Unwind the power cord and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet.
  3. Press the power button located on the handle to turn on the vacuum.
  4. Guide the floor brush over the desired cleaning area. The powerful suction is suitable for hard floors and low-pile carpets.
  5. When finished, press the power button again to turn off the vacuum and unplug it from the outlet.
  6. Wrap the power cord neatly around the cord hooks for storage.

Using the Handheld Vacuum

  1. Detach the extension wand and floor brush from the main vacuum body.
  2. Attach the crevice tool directly to the main vacuum body for cleaning tight spaces, upholstery, or car interiors.
  3. Plug the vacuum into an electrical outlet and press the power button.
  4. Use the handheld unit to clean surfaces as needed.
  5. After use, turn off the vacuum, unplug it, and remove the attachment.

Emptying the Dust Cup

  1. Ensure the vacuum is unplugged from the power outlet.
  2. Press the dust cup release button to detach the dust cup from the main unit.
  3. Hold the dust cup over a trash bin and press the bottom release button to open the lid and empty the contents.
  4. Close the dust cup lid securely and reattach the dust cup to the main unit until it clicks.

Cleaning the HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly (after every 2-3 uses or as needed) to maintain suction power.

  1. Unplug the vacuum and detach the dust cup.
  2. Twist and pull out the HEPA filter assembly from inside the dust cup.
  3. Tap the filter gently over a trash bin to remove loose dust.
  4. Rinse the HEPA filter under cold running water. Do not use detergent.
  5. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it. Do not use the vacuum with a wet filter.
  6. Once dry, reinsert the filter into the dust cup and reattach the dust cup to the vacuum.
