Safety Information

If you wish to continue therapy after the automatic shutdown, simply turn the device on again.

Setup

Charging the Device

1. Locate the Type-C charging port on the side of the heating pad.
2. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the heating pad and to a compatible USB power adapter (e.g., mobile phone charger) or a USB port.
3. The indicator lights on the device will show the charging status.
4. For optimal battery life, charge the device for 4 to 6 hours before first use and whenever the battery is low.

Wearing the Device

1. Attach the adjustable elastic belt to the heating pad using the secure buckles.
2. Wrap the belt around the desired area (e.g., abdomen, lower back, neck).
3. Adjust the belt to a comfortable and snug fit. The buckle is designed for stability and ease of adjustment.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• To turn on the device, press and hold the power button (usually indicated by a power symbol).
• To turn off the device, press and hold the power button again.

Adjusting Heat Levels

• Once powered on, press the heat button (usually indicated by a thermometer symbol) to cycle through the 4 available heat levels.
• The heat levels are approximately: 104°F, 118°F, 133°F, and 149°F.

Adjusting Massage Modes

• Indicator lights will show the selected massage mode.

Automatic Shutdown

The device will automatically turn off after 30 minutes of continuous operation to ensure safety. If you wish to continue using it, simply press the power button again to restart.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Ensure the device is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
• Wipe the surface of the heating pad with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
• Allow the device to air dry completely before storing or next use.

Storage

• Store the heating pad in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and wait for the indicator lights to confirm charging.
• No heat or massage: Check if the device is powered on and if the respective heat/massage functions are activated. Ensure the battery is not depleted.
• Device shuts off unexpectedly (before 30 minutes): This may indicate a low battery. Recharge the device.
• Discomfort during use: Adjust the heat level to a lower setting or ensure a thin layer of clothing is between the device and your skin.
