1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

4. Setup
4.1 Physical Setup
- Connect Power: Connect the power cable to the printer and then to a power outlet.
- Connect to PC: Connect the USB cable from the printer to an available USB port on your computer.
- Load Labels:
Open the printer cover. Insert the thermal labels into the printer, ensuring the print side is facing up. Adjust the label guides to fit the width of your labels snugly. Close the cover.

4.2 Driver Installation

- Insert U Disk: Insert the provided U Disk into your computer's USB port.
- Install Drivers:
- For Windows: Open the U Disk, locate the Windows driver folder, and run the setup executable. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- For macOS: Open the U Disk, locate the macOS driver folder, and run the installer package. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- For Linux: Refer to the Linux driver instructions on the U Disk for specific installation steps, which may involve command-line operations.
- Printer Calibration: After driver installation, it is recommended to calibrate the printer for optimal label detection. The printer features an intelligent light sensor for automatic label correction.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Printing
Once the printer is set up and drivers are installed, you can print labels from various applications and platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, USPS, UPS).
- Open Document: Open the label file (e.g., PDF, image) you wish to print.
- Select Printer: Go to the print dialog (File > Print) and select "Buyounger Label Printer" from the list of available printers.
- Adjust Settings: Ensure the paper size in the print settings matches your label size (e.g., 4x6 inches). Adjust any other necessary settings like orientation or print quality.
- Print: Click "Print." The printer will automatically detect and print the label at high speed.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Printer
Regular cleaning helps maintain print quality and extends the life of your printer.
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cable before cleaning.
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol to gently wipe the print head and platen roller.
- Allow components to dry completely before reconnecting power and using the printer.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
