Troubleshooting Guide

1. Device Not Moving or Stops Prematurely

  • Battery Level: Ensure the device is fully charged. A red light indicates not fully charged, green indicates fully charged.
  • Clogged Filter: Check and clean the filter. A clogged filter can significantly reduce performance and cause the device to stop.
  • Pool Slope: The cleaner is designed for flat pool bottoms. Ensure the slope does not exceed 15 degrees.

2. Ineffective Cleaning

  • Filter Cleanliness: A dirty filter will reduce suction power. Clean the filter thoroughly.
  • Battery Charge: Ensure the device is fully charged for maximum runtime and cleaning efficiency.
  • Pool Type: The cleaner is optimized for flat pool bottoms. It may not effectively clean walls, steps, or areas with significant slopes.

3. Difficulty Retrieving

  • Self-Parking: The cleaner will automatically dock against a pool wall when its battery is low. Wait for this function to activate.
  • Use Retrieval Hook: Utilize the provided hook to safely and easily retrieve the cleaner from the pool.
