Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and operation to ensure proper use and maintenance.

This manual contains important information regarding the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your water purifier. Keep this manual for future reference.

2. Safety Instructions

  • Ensure the power supply matches the specifications mentioned on the product label.
  • Do not operate the purifier with a damaged power cord or plug.
  • Keep the appliance away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and corrosive chemicals.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

3.1. Purification Process

The Bepure Dew purifier utilizes a 6-stage filtration process to ensure comprehensive water purification:

  1. Stage 1: Pre-filter - Removes larger suspended particles like sand, silt, and rust.

  3. Stage 3: Carbon Filter - Absorbs chlorine, organic chemicals, and improves water taste and odor.
  4. Stage 4: UF Membrane - Ultrafiltration membrane removes bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms.
  5. Stage 5: Copper+ Alkaline - Enriches water with essential minerals like copper, calcium, and magnesium, and balances pH levels.
  6. Stage 6: UV System - Ultraviolet light deactivates bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens, ensuring microbial safety.

4. Setup and Installation

The Bepure Dew water purifier is designed for under-sink installation. It is recommended to have a qualified technician perform the installation. The product comes with an installation kit and a user manual.

4.1. Pre-Installation Checklist

  • Ensure adequate space for under-sink installation (Product Dimensions: 34L x 24W x 49.5H Centimeters).
  • Verify water pressure is within the recommended range (consult a technician if unsure).
  • Confirm availability of a 230V AC power outlet.
  • Ensure the raw water TDS level is up to 250 ppm for optimal performance.

4.2. Installation Steps (Professional Installation Recommended)

  1. Mounting: Securely mount the purifier unit under the sink using appropriate fasteners.
  2. Water Inlet Connection: Connect the raw water supply to the purifier's inlet using the provided 3-way divertor valve and tubing.
  3. Purified Water Outlet: Connect the purified water outlet to the tap.
  4. Drain Connection: Connect the drain line to the sink drain.
  5. Vegetable/Fruit Cleaner Connection: Connect the dedicated hose for the vegetable and fruit cleaner to its designated port on the purifier.
  6. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  7. Initial Flush: Before first use, allow the purifier to run and fill the storage tank. Drain the first two tanks of purified water to flush out any manufacturing residues.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Water Purification

  • Ensure the purifier is connected to the power supply and water inlet.
  • The purifier will automatically start purifying water when the tank level is low.
  • To dispense purified water, open the tap on the front of the unit.
  • The storage tank capacity is 10 liters.

5.2. Vegetable and Fruit Purifier

This unit includes an innovative feature for cleaning vegetables and fruits using purified water and a specialized cleaning process.

  1. Place vegetables or fruits in a clean bowl.
  2. Connect the dedicated hose from the purifier to the bowl.
  3. Fill the bowl with purified water from the purifier's tap.
  4. Activate the vegetable/fruit cleaning function (refer to the control panel for specific button/switch).
  5. Allow the cleaning cycle to complete (duration may vary, consult the display or indicator lights).
  6. After the cycle, rinse the produce with fresh purified water.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Bepure Dew water purifier.

6.1. Filter Replacement

The purifier's filters have a limited lifespan and require periodic replacement. The frequency depends on water quality and usage. Refer to the indicator lights or the user interface for filter life status.

  • Pre-filter & Sediment Filter: Typically every 3-6 months.
  • Carbon Filter: Typically every 6-12 months.
  • UF Membrane: Typically every 12-24 months.
  • Copper+ Alkaline Filter: Typically every 12 months.
  • UV Lamp: Typically every 12 months or as indicated.

Always use genuine Bepure replacement filters. Contact customer support for filter replacement services.

6.2. Cleaning the Purifier

  • Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage Tank: The internal storage tank should be cleaned periodically by a qualified technician during routine service.
  • Vegetable/Fruit Cleaner Bowl: Clean the external bowl and hose after each use with mild soap and water.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Bepure Dew water purifier, refer to the table below. For problems not listed or if solutions do not resolve the issue, contact customer support.
