Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your shower door.

Cleaning the Glass:

  • Use a soft cloth or sponge with a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch the glass or damage the finish.
  • Wipe down the glass after each use to prevent water spots and soap scum buildup.

Cleaning the Frame and Hardware:

  • Clean the aluminum frame and stainless steel hardware with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry to prevent water spots.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals on the metal finishes.

General Maintenance:

  • Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Do not overtighten.
  • Inspect the silicone sealant for any signs of wear or cracking. Reapply sealant as needed to maintain a watertight seal.
