1. Important Safety Information

2. Product Overview

The Elevon Electric High Pressure Washer (Model CG-PW2000) is designed for various cleaning tasks, delivering up to 2030 PSI at 1.8 GPM. This package includes several accessories for enhanced cleaning versatility.

2.1 Components and Accessories

Familiarize yourself with the main components and included accessories:

• Pressure Washer Unit: The main body housing the motor and pump.
• G1 Spray Gun: Handheld trigger gun for controlling water flow.
• Spray Lance: Extension for the spray gun to reach various surfaces.
• 4 Spray Nozzles: Color-coded nozzles for different spray patterns (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°).
• Turbo Nozzle: Provides a rotating spray for intense cleaning.
• Bubble Watering Can (Foam Cannon): For applying soap or detergent.
• Long Brush & Disc Brush: For scrubbing surfaces.
• Chenille Gloves: For manual cleaning tasks.

3. Setup

Follow these steps to properly set up your pressure washer before first use.

3.1 Assembly

1. Attach the handle to the main unit if it is not pre-assembled. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
2. Connect the high-pressure hose to the outlet on the pressure washer unit and to the G1 spray gun. Hand-tighten all connections firmly.
3. Attach the spray lance to the G1 spray gun.
4. Select the desired spray nozzle and insert it into the end of the spray lance until it clicks into place.

3.2 Water Connection

The pressure washer can be connected to a standard water tap or draw water from a bucket.

1. For Tap Connection: Connect a standard garden hose (not included) to the garden hose adapter on the pressure washer unit. Connect the other end of the garden hose to a water tap. Ensure the tap is fully open to provide adequate water flow.
2. For Bucket Connection: Ensure the pressure washer is placed on a stable, level surface. Submerge the garden hose (with the adapter attached to the pressure washer) into a bucket of clean water. The water level in the bucket must be sufficient to cover the hose inlet.

3.3 Power Connection

Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet meets the power requirements of the pressure washer (1800-Watt, 120V AC).

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your pressure washer.

4.1 Starting the Unit

1. Ensure the water supply is turned on and the garden hose is connected.
2. Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the system. Hold the trigger until a steady stream of water flows from the nozzle.
3. Turn the pressure washer ON using the power switch. The motor will start.
4. Release the trigger to engage the Total Stop System (TSS), which automatically shuts off the motor when the trigger is not engaged, prolonging pump life.

4.2 Using Spray Nozzles

The pressure washer comes with various nozzles, each designed for specific cleaning tasks. Always test the spray pattern on an inconspicuous area first.

• Red (0°): Concentrated, high-pressure stream for tough spots and stubborn stains. Use with extreme caution on durable surfaces only.
• Yellow (15°): Narrow, high-pressure spray for intensive cleaning of hard surfaces like concrete and brick.
• Green (25°): Medium-angle spray for general cleaning of decks, patios, and outdoor furniture.
• White (40°): Wide-angle, low-pressure spray for gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces like vehicles and windows.
• Black (Soap/Foam Cannon): Low-pressure application of detergents. Attach the foam cannon for this purpose.

4.3 Cleaning Techniques

Always start cleaning from a distance and move closer as needed. Use sweeping motions to ensure even cleaning.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.

5.1 After Each Use

• Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power cord.
• Turn off the water supply.
• Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
• Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose.
• Drain all water from the pump, hoses, and spray gun to prevent freezing damage.
• Clean the nozzles using the provided nozzle cleaner to remove any debris.
• Wipe down the unit with a damp cloth.

5.2 Storage

Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free environment. Ensure all water is drained from the unit before storing to prevent damage from freezing.
