3. Setup: Time, Date, and Day Adjustment

To ensure accurate timekeeping and proper function of the day and date display, follow these steps:

  1. Setting the Time:
    • Pull the crown out to Position 2.
    • Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the correct time. Ensure you set the correct AM/PM for the date change to occur at midnight.
    • Once the time is set, push the crown back into Position 0 (normal operating position).
  2. Setting the Day and Date:
    • Pull the crown out to Position 1.
    • Rotate the crown in the direction of 12 o'clock to adjust the day of the week.
    • Rotate the crown in the direction of 6 o'clock to adjust the date.
    • Avoid setting the date and day between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, as this may interfere with the automatic date change mechanism. If adjustment is needed during this period, first set the time outside this range, adjust the date/day, then reset the time.
    • Once the day and date are set, push the crown back into Position 0.

4. Operating Instructions

Wearing the Watch

Adjust the strap to fit comfortably around your wrist. The buckle closure ensures a secure fit. The watch is designed for everyday wear.

Water Resistance

Your Gosasa watch has a water resistance rating of 30 meters (3 ATM). This means it is suitable for:

  • Daily use
  • Hand washing
  • Rain exposure
  • Accidental splashes

Important: This watch is not suitable for swimming, diving, showering, or any prolonged water immersion. Do not operate the crown or pushers when the watch is wet or submerged in water.

5. Maintenance

Proper care will help maintain the appearance and performance of your watch.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the watch case and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For the nylon strap, a mild soap solution and soft brush can be used, followed by thorough rinsing and air drying.
  • Avoid Chemicals: Do not expose the watch to solvents, detergents, perfumes, or cosmetics, as these can damage the case, strap, or seals.
  • Temperature Extremes: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes, which can affect the movement and water resistance.
  • Magnetic Fields: Keep the watch away from strong magnetic fields (e.g., speakers, refrigerators, mobile phones) to prevent interference with timekeeping accuracy.
  • Battery Replacement: When the watch stops or the second hand moves erratically, the battery may need replacement. This should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and function.
