3. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your floor lamp. Assembly typically takes 10-15 minutes.
- Insert the Pole to the Base: Carefully thread the power cord through the lamp base. Insert the lowest pole section into the base and rotate clockwise to secure it. Ensure the cord is not pinched.
- Connect and Tighten Pole Sections: Connect the remaining pole sections one by one by screwing them clockwise. Ensure the electrical cord runs freely through the center of each section and is not twisted or taut. Tighten each connection securely.
- Loosen Metal Ring from Socket: Locate the lamp head with the bulb socket. Unscrew and remove the metal ring from the socket.
- Install the Glass Lampshade: Carefully place the glass globe shade over the lamp head.
- Tighten Metal Ring from Inside Globe: From inside the glass globe, re-attach and tighten the metal ring onto the bulb socket to secure the shade.
- Install the E26 Light Bulb: Screw the provided E26 LED light bulb into the socket. Do not overtighten.
Note on Height Adjustment: The lamp features a modular pole design. Its height can be adjusted by varying the number of pole sections assembled. Ensure all connections are tight for stability.
4. Operation
The KCO Lighting T1010-L floor lamp is operated using a convenient foot pedal switch located on the power cord.
- Power Connection: Plug the lamp's power cord into a standard 110V electrical outlet.
- Turning On/Off: Gently press the foot pedal switch to turn the lamp on or off.
