Initial App Setup (Door Handedness)
After physical installation, it is crucial to correctly set the door opening direction within the TTlock App. Incorrect selection can lead to the lock behaving inversely (locking when unlocked, and vice-versa).
- Open the TTlock App on your smartphone.
- Navigate to the Home Page.
- Select Settings for your lock.
- Choose Door Opening Direction.
- Select either Open to right or Open to left based on your door's configuration.
Operating Instructions
The Narpult Smart Lock offers multiple convenient ways to lock and unlock your door.
Unlocking Methods
- Fingerprint: The biometric sensor recognizes your registered fingerprints in approximately 1 second with 99.99% accuracy. Place your finger firmly on the sensor for quick access.
- Keypad Passcode: Enter your programmed passcode on the illuminated keypad. The anti-peeping code technology allows you to enter random digits before or after your actual code to prevent unauthorized viewing.
- Fobs (Key Cards): Tap the provided RFID fobs against the designated area on the lock to unlock.
- TTlock App: Use the TTlock App on your smartphone to unlock the door via Bluetooth. The app also allows you to generate and share e-keys and one-time PIN codes with guests or service personnel.
- Mechanical Keys: For emergency situations or traditional use, two mechanical keys are provided. Insert and turn the key to unlock.

Maintenance
Battery Information
The Narpult Smart Lock operates on 4 AAA batteries (not included). A fresh set of batteries can last for at least 6 months under normal usage conditions.
Emergency Power
In case of complete battery depletion, the lock features an emergent Type-C charging port. Connect a power bank or a Type-C charger to temporarily power the lock and gain access.
Cleaning
Wipe the lock's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.

- Place your finger firmly and completely on the sensor.
- Try re-registering your fingerprint in the app if the issue persists.
Keypad Not Responding
- Check battery levels. Replace batteries if low.
- Ensure the keypad is clean and free from debris.
App Connectivity Issues
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Make sure you are within Bluetooth range of the lock.
- Restart the TTlock App.
- If using a G2 Gateway, ensure it is powered on and connected to your Wi-Fi network.
