Important Safety Information

• Do not use outdoors. This heater is intended for indoor use only.
• Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and away from the sides and rear.
• To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
• This heater has hot parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
• Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
• This heater is equipped with an overheat protection system that will shut off the heater if it overheats. If this occurs, unplug the heater, wait 30 minutes for it to cool down, and then plug it back in.

Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) of clear space around the front, sides, and rear of the heater to allow for proper airflow and to prevent fire hazards. Do not place the heater directly under a power outlet.
3. Power Connection: Ensure the power supply matches the voltage requirements of the heater (240 Volts). Plug the heater directly into a grounded 240V outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips, as this may cause overheating or fire.
4. Initial Inspection: Before plugging in, inspect the power cord and plug for any damage. Ensure the air intake and exhaust grilles are clear of obstructions.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Once properly plugged in, the heater is ready for operation.
2. Thermostat Adjustment: Locate the ambient thermostat control. Rotate the dial to your desired temperature setting. The heater will automatically turn on when the ambient temperature falls below the set temperature and turn off when it reaches the set temperature. The thermostat range is 32°F (0°C) to 100°F (38°C).
3. Continuous Operation: For continuous heating, set the thermostat to its maximum setting.
4. Power Off: To turn off the heater, rotate the thermostat dial to its lowest setting or unplug the unit from the power outlet. For extended periods of non-use, it is recommended to unplug the heater.
