Color Matching Tips

The kit includes 11 wax sticks in various wood tones. For a perfect match, you can mix different wax colors. Melt small amounts of desired colors together on a non-porous surface (like a piece of scrap wood or the scraper itself) and blend them before applying to the scratch. Test the color on an inconspicuous area first.

Maintenance

  • After each use, clean the tip of the heating tool with a dry cloth while it is still warm (but not hot) to remove any wax residue.
  • Store all components back in the provided storage case to keep them organized and protected from dust and damage.
  • Keep the wax sticks away from direct sunlight or high temperatures to prevent premature melting.
