This manual provides detailed instructions for the Motsfit Smartwatch KR06. 2.1 Package Contents

2.2 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging contacts on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a standard USB power adapter (not included). The watch display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.
2.3 App Installation and Pairing
To utilize all features of your Motsfit Smartwatch, download and install the "Da Fit" application on your smartphone. The app is compatible with Android 4.4 and iOS 9.0 or higher.
- Scan the QR code in the manual or search for "Da Fit" in your phone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
- Install and open the "Da Fit" app.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- In the "Da Fit" app, navigate to the device section and select "Add Device". The app will search for available devices.
- Select "KR06" from the list of found devices to pair.
- For call functionality, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings after initial pairing and connect to "KR06_Audio" or a similar entry. This enables the watch to make and receive calls directly.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the "POWER" button (top right) to turn the watch on or off.
- Screen Wake/Sleep: Press the "POWER" button briefly to wake the screen or put it to sleep.
- Navigation: Swipe left/right or up/down on the touchscreen to navigate through menus and features.
- Select: Tap an icon or option to select it.
- Back: Press the "BACK" button (bottom right) or swipe right from the left edge of the screen to return to the previous screen.
3.2 Changing Watch Faces
The Motsfit Smartwatch offers a variety of watch faces. You can change them directly on the watch or through the "Da Fit" app.
- On Watch: From the main watch face, press and hold the screen. Swipe left or right to browse available watch faces and tap to select.
- Via App: Open the "Da Fit" app, go to the "Watch Faces" section. You can choose from a wide selection or customize your own with personal photos.
4. Features and Functions
4.1 Bluetooth Call Function
The smartwatch features a built-in microphone and speaker, allowing you to make and receive calls directly from your wrist when connected via Bluetooth to your smartphone.
- Making Calls: Access the dial pad on the watch or select a contact from your synced phonebook.
- Receiving Calls: When a call comes in, the watch will display the caller ID. You can answer or reject the call directly on the watch.
- Voice Assistant: The watch supports voice assistant functionality for hands-free control.

4.2 Health Monitoring
The smartwatch is equipped with advanced sensors to monitor various health metrics. These measurements are for reference only and should not be used for medical diagnosis.
- Heart Rate Monitoring: Provides 24-hour continuous heart rate tracking. View real-time data on the watch or detailed trends in the app.

4.4 Smart Notifications and Reminders

- Message Notifications: Receive alerts for SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Skype, and other app notifications directly on your watch.
- Reminders: Set reminders for drinking water, sedentary alerts, alarms, and more.
- Weather Sync: Synchronize weather information from your phone to the watch for real-time updates.

5. Battery Life and Charging
The Motsfit Smartwatch KR06 is equipped with a 320mAh high-capacity lithium-polymer battery.
- Battery Life: Up to 7-10 days of typical use on a single charge.

- Charging: Use the provided magnetic charging cable. Ensure the charging pins align correctly with the contacts on the watch.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the watch and strap with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Water Resistance: The watch has an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning it is resistant to splashes and brief immersion. It is suitable for daily use, hand washing, and light rain. Do not use it for swimming, showering with hot water, or diving. Avoid contact with hot water or steam.
- Storage: Store the watch in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Charging Contacts: Keep the charging contacts on the back of the watch clean and free of debris to ensure proper charging.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Connection Issues
- Watch not connecting to phone: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Restart both the watch and the phone. Try unpairing and re-pairing the device through the "Da Fit" app.
- Call function not working: Verify that "KR06_Audio" (or similar) is connected in your phone's Bluetooth settings, in addition to the main watch connection.
7.2 Inaccurate Readings
- Heart Rate/Blood Oxygen/Blood Pressure: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width from the wrist bone. Avoid excessive movement during measurement. Note that these readings are for reference and not medical grade.
- Step Count: Ensure your personal information (height, weight) is accurately entered in the "Da Fit" app for better step and calorie calculation.
7.3 Battery Issues
- Watch not charging: Check if the magnetic charging cable is properly aligned with the watch's charging contacts. Ensure the USB adapter is working. Try a different USB port or adapter.
- Short battery life: Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary notifications, and limit continuous health monitoring if not needed.
