3. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to operate your electric garlic chopper:
- Prepare Ingredients: Cut food into small pieces, approximately 1 inch in size.
- Load Ingredients: Place the prepared ingredients into the blender cup. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line.
- Assemble: Carefully place the blade assembly onto the central pin in the cup. Then, align the motor unit lid with the bowl and twist gently to lock it securely. Ensure the magnetic safety lock engages.
- Chop: Press and hold the power button on top of the motor unit to start chopping. Release the button to stop. Control the chopping duration to achieve your desired consistency, from coarsely chopped to finely minced or pureed. For most ingredients, 20 seconds is sufficient.
- Remove Food: Once chopping is complete, release the button, carefully remove the motor unit, then the blade assembly, and empty the contents.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your chopper.
- Disassemble: After each use, carefully detach the motor unit, then remove the blade assembly from the blender cup.
- Wash Components: The blender cup and blade assembly are detachable and can be rinsed directly with water. Use warm, soapy water to clean them thoroughly. Be extremely careful when handling the sharp blades.
- Clean Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or place it in a dishwasher.
