3. Safety Instructions

To prevent injury or damage to the appliance, always follow these safety precautions:

  • Sharp Blades: The blades are extremely sharp. Exercise extreme caution when handling them, especially during assembly, disassembly, and cleaning. Do not touch the blades with your fingers.
  • Motor Unit Care: The motor lid is not designed for immersion in water or cleaning in a dishwasher. Water may penetrate through the silicone cover and damage the motor. Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth only.
  • Proper Assembly: Ensure the lid and bowl are perfectly aligned and locked together before operation. The magnetic safety lock prevents operation if components are not correctly assembled.
  • Do Not Overfill: Observe the "MAX" mark on the cup. Do not fill ingredients beyond this line to ensure efficient chopping and prevent motor strain.
  • Food Preparation: Always cut large pieces of food into smaller, approximately 1-inch pieces, before placing them in the chopper. This ensures even chopping and prevents motor overload.
  • Charging: If the motor becomes sluggish, the battery power may be low. Charge the device promptly.

4. Setup

Before using your MAMICOOKER Electric Garlic Chopper for the first time, ensure it is fully charged.

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Wash the blender cup and blade assembly with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
  3. Charge Battery: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the motor unit and to a suitable USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The device supports USB charging and can be used approximately 50 times on a full charge. A full charge typically takes around 3 hours.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to operate your electric garlic chopper:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Cut food into small pieces, approximately 1 inch in size.
  2. Load Ingredients: Place the prepared ingredients into the blender cup. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line.
  3. Assemble: Carefully place the blade assembly onto the central pin in the cup. Then, align the motor unit lid with the bowl and twist gently to lock it securely. Ensure the magnetic safety lock engages.
  4. Chop: Press and hold the power button on top of the motor unit to start chopping. Release the button to stop. Control the chopping duration to achieve your desired consistency, from coarsely chopped to finely minced or pureed. For most ingredients, 20 seconds is sufficient.
  5. Remove Food: Once chopping is complete, release the button, carefully remove the motor unit, then the blade assembly, and empty the contents.
