2. Setup

Proper setup ensures optimal performance and stability of your spotting scope.

2.1 Attaching the Eyepiece

  1. Remove the protective caps from both the spotting scope body and the TE-11WZ II 25-60x Wide Angle Zoom Eyepiece.
  2. Align the red dot on the eyepiece with the red dot on the scope body's eyepiece mount.
  3. Insert the eyepiece into the scope body and twist clockwise until it clicks securely into place. Ensure it is firmly seated to prevent dust and moisture ingress.

2.2 Mounting on a Tripod

The TSN-88S is designed for tripod mounting to provide stable viewing.

  • Locate the tripod mounting foot on the underside of the scope body.
  • Attach the scope to a sturdy tripod head using the standard 1/4-inch or 3/8-inch mounting screw. Ensure the screw is tightened securely.
