Product Overview
The Microsoft Audio Dock is an all-in-one speakerphone designed to reduce cord clutter, simplify your desktop, and enhance audio for meetings and music. It connects your laptop to monitors and various accessories while providing power passthrough, all through a single USB-C connection.

Setup
Connecting Your Audio Dock
The Microsoft Audio Dock simplifies your workspace by connecting multiple peripherals through a single USB-C cable to your laptop. Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Power Connection: Connect the provided power supply to the Audio Dock's power input, then plug the power cable into a wall outlet.
- Laptop Connection: Connect the integrated USB-C cable from the Audio Dock to a USB-C port on your laptop. This single connection provides power passthrough to charge your laptop, audio, and data transfer for connected peripherals.
- Monitor Connection:
- For HDMI monitors, connect an HDMI cable from your monitor to the HDMI port on the Audio Dock.
- For USB-C monitors, connect a USB-C cable from your monitor to one of the USB-C (x2) ports on the Audio Dock.
- The Audio Dock supports connecting up to two external monitors simultaneously.
- Peripheral Connection: Connect your USB-A and additional USB-C accessories (e.g., keyboard, mouse, external drives, webcam) to the available USB-A and USB-C ports on the Audio Dock.

Operating Instructions
The Microsoft Audio Dock features intuitive controls on its top surface for managing audio and calls.

Button Functions:
- Mute Button: Located on the top right, press to mute or unmute the microphone during calls or recordings. A red indicator light will illuminate when muted.
- Pause/Play Button: Located in the center, press to pause or resume audio playback.
- Volume Up (+) / Volume Down (-) Buttons: Located in the center, these buttons control the speaker volume. Press '+' to increase and '-' to decrease.
- Microsoft Teams Button: Located on the top left, press to quickly join a Microsoft Teams meeting or bring the Teams application to the foreground.
Audio Performance:
The Audio Dock features Omnisonic speakers with a 15-watt woofer and 5-watt tweeters, providing a frequency response of 70Hz to 20kHz for rich music playback. The dual omni-directional, noise-reducing microphone arrays ensure clear voice capture up to 90dB SPL, making it ideal for conference calls.
