2. Setup

2.1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

2.2. Attaching the Lens

  1. Align the white index mark on the lens with the white index mark on the camera body.
  2. Rotate the lens clockwise until it clicks into place.

2.3. Inserting the Battery and Memory Card

  1. Open the battery/card compartment cover located at the bottom of the camera.
  2. Insert the Lithium-Ion battery with the correct orientation until it locks.
  3. Insert an SD memory card (UHS Speed Class 3 or Video Speed Class 30 recommended for 4K video) into the slot until it clicks.
  4. Close the compartment cover securely.
