4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Battery

The device is equipped with a built-in 4000mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Before initial use, fully charge the battery.

  1. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the binoculars.
  2. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, car charger).
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off or change color when fully charged.

4.2 Inserting the Memory Card

A 32GB TF card is included for storing photos and videos. The device supports TF cards up to 128GB.

  1. Locate the TF card slot on the side of the binoculars.
  2. Gently insert the TF card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove, push the card inward until it springs out.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the screen illuminates.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the screen turns off.

5.2 Mode Selection

The binoculars offer three primary modes: Photo, Video, and Playback.

  • Press the Mode button to cycle through the available modes. The current mode will be displayed on the screen.

5.3 Adjusting Infrared (IR) Illumination

The 850nm infrared illuminator has 7 adjustable levels to optimize visibility in varying degrees of darkness.

  1. In Photo or Video mode, press the IR Up (+) button to increase the IR level.
  2. Press the IR Down (-) button to decrease the IR level.

5.4 Zoom Function

The device features 2x optical zoom and 5x digital zoom.

5.6 Playback

  1. Switch to Playback mode using the Mode button.
  2. Use the navigation buttons (often the IR Up/Down or Zoom buttons) to scroll through your captured photos and videos.
  3. Press the OK or Shutter button to view a selected item.

5.7 Data Transfer

To transfer files to a computer:

  1. Connect the binoculars to your computer using the provided data cable.
  2. The device should appear as a removable disk or mass storage device on your computer.
