5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Printer
Before initial use, fully charge the printer. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the printer's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The indicator light will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
5.2 Loading Labels
- Locate the label compartment release knob on the side of the printer.
- Push the knob forward to open the printer's top cover, revealing the label compartment.
- Insert a roll of thermal labels into the compartment, ensuring the printing surface faces upwards and the roll is seated correctly on the spindle.
- Pull a small length of label paper out through the output slot.
- Close the top cover until it clicks securely into place.

The printer supports various label widths from 12mm to 52mm. Ensure the label roll holder is adjusted snugly against the label roll to prevent misalignment during printing.

5.3 App Installation and Bluetooth Connection
- Download the App: Search for "iLabel" in your device's app store (Google Play for Android or Apple App Store for iOS) and install it.
- Power On Printer: Press and hold the power button on the printer until the indicator light illuminates.
- Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet.
- Connect via App: Open the "iLabel" app. The app will guide you through connecting to the printer. Select the printer from the list of available Bluetooth devices. The printer's indicator light may change to confirm a successful connection.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Creating and Editing Labels
The "iLabel" app provides various templates and editing tools for label creation. You can add text, images, barcodes, QR codes, and other elements. Adjust font sizes, styles, and alignment within the app interface.

6.2 Printing Labels
- After designing your label in the "iLabel" app, confirm the label size setting matches the loaded label roll.
- Tap the "Print" button within the app.
- The printer will feed and print the label.
- Carefully tear off the printed label from the output slot.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
- Ensure the printer is powered off before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the printer with a soft, dry cloth.
- To clean the print head, gently wipe it with a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Allow it to dry completely before use.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
7.2 Storage
Store the printer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove any label rolls if storing for an extended period.
8. Troubleshooting
