Operating Instructions
A. Boiling Eggs (Soft, Medium, Hard)
- Add Water: Use the provided measuring cup to add the appropriate amount of water to the heating plate. Refer to the water level markings on the cup for desired egg consistency (Soft, Medium, Hard) and number of eggs.
- Pierce Eggs: Use the pin on the bottom of the measuring cup to gently pierce the large end of each egg. This prevents cracking during cooking.
- Place Eggs: Place the egg holder tray onto the heating plate. Position the pierced eggs with the pierced end facing upwards in the designated holes.
- Cover: Place the transparent lid securely over the egg holder tray.
- Power On: Plug the appliance into a standard electrical outlet. Press the left side of the switch to start cooking with a buzzer alert, or the right side for cooking without a buzzer and automatic keep warm function.
- Completion: The appliance will automatically shut off when the water has evaporated. If the buzzer alert was selected, it will sound to indicate completion.
- Cool Down: Carefully remove the lid and egg tray. For hard-boiled eggs, immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process and make them easier to peel.

The measuring cup indicates water levels for soft, medium, and hard-boiled eggs, accommodating up to 6 eggs.

Gently pierce the large end of each egg to prevent cracking.

Place up to 6 eggs in the egg holder tray.

Press the switch to begin cooking. Choose between cooking with a buzzer alert or with an automatic keep warm function.

Achieve perfect soft, medium, or hard-boiled eggs with ease.
B. Poaching Eggs
- Add Water: Add water to the heating plate according to the measuring cup's "Poached" marking (if available) or a small amount sufficient for steaming.
- Prepare Trays: Lightly grease the poaching trays. Crack one egg into each poaching tray.
- Place Trays: Place the poaching trays onto the egg holder tray.
- Cook: Cover with the transparent lid and turn on the appliance. Cook until desired doneness (typically 5-8 minutes depending on water amount and desired yolk consistency).
- Serve: Carefully remove the poached eggs using a non-scratch utensil.
C. Making Omelets
- Add Water: Add water to the heating plate (similar to poaching, a small amount for steaming).
- Prepare Tray: Lightly grease the omelet tray. Whisk 1-2 eggs with desired ingredients (cheese, vegetables, etc.) and pour into the omelet tray.
- Place Tray: Place the omelet tray onto the egg holder tray.
- Cook: Cover with the transparent lid and turn on the appliance. Cook until the omelet is set and cooked through (typically 8-12 minutes).
- Serve: Carefully remove the omelet using a non-scratch utensil.

The Evoloop Egg Cooker allows for preparation of various egg styles, from simple boiled eggs to omelets and deviled eggs.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your egg cooker.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wash Removable Parts: The transparent lid, egg holder tray, poaching trays, omelet tray, and measuring cup are all detachable and can be washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Clean Heating Plate: Wipe the heating plate with a damp cloth. For stubborn mineral deposits (scale), you can use a mixture of water and vinegar (1:1 ratio). Pour the mixture onto the heating plate, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then wipe clean. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Do Not Immerse: Never immerse the main unit (base with heating element) in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing. The compact design allows for easy storage, with the cord wrapping neatly underneath the base.
