3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps for proper assembly. Refer to the 'TOBBI 12V Kids Ride on Car Assembly Video' in Section 2 for visual guidance.
- Install the Wheels: Install each wheel onto its shaft. Secure with the 8mm nut using a wrench, then install the wheel cover. (Refer to video 0:16-0:42)
- Install the Steering Wheel: Connect the wire on the steering wheel to the wire on the car body. Clamp the steering wheel into its specified position. (Refer to video 0:42-0:49)
- Install the Wind Deflector and Bumper: Insert the wind deflector into its designated position on the vehicle body. Then, insert the front bumper into its specified position. (Refer to video 0:49-0:55)
- Connect the Power Supply: Open the seat and connect the two power plugs. (Refer to video 0:55-0:58)
- Install the Backrest and Seat: Insert the backrest into the body and fix it with two 4*12mm screws. Place the seat into the bottom of the backrest, then lay it flat and insert it into the body. (Refer to video 0:58-1:06)
- Mount the Handrails: Insert the handrails directly into both sides of the car body. (Refer to video 1:06-1:11)
4. Operating Instructions

- Forward/Park/Back Switch: Selects driving direction (Forward, Park, Reverse).
- Pedal: Press to accelerate. Release to brake. Features a gentle start system for smooth acceleration.
- Horn Switch: Activates the vehicle's horn.
- Light Switch: Controls the bright LED headlights.
- Music Switch: Plays built-in songs. The vehicle includes 6 pre-loaded songs.
Driving Tips:
- Steer using the steering wheel.
- The rugged tires and shock absorption system allow confident handling on various terrains like grass, sand, and gravel.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the vehicle with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Battery Charging: The battery is located under the seat. Lift the seat to access the battery and charging port. Use the provided charger.
- Storage: Store the vehicle in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Inspection: Regularly check for loose screws, damaged parts, or worn tires. Replace any damaged components immediately.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Vehicle not moving: Ensure the power switch is on, the battery is charged and properly connected, and the Forward/Park/Back switch is in the correct driving position.
- Lights or music not working: Check the Light Switch and Music Switch. Ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
- Reduced power/speed: The battery may need charging. Ensure the vehicle is not overloaded beyond the 66 lbs weight limit.
