Setup and Assembly Instructions
Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the individual manuals for each model. The wooden pieces are designed for easy interlocking, and electronic connections are pre-soldered for simplicity.
1. Solar Powered Car Assembly
Carefully detach all wooden pieces for the solar car from their sheets.
Assemble the car chassis by interlocking the designated wooden parts.
Attach the wheels and axles to the chassis.
Secure the mini DC motor to its designated spot on the chassis.
Mount the solar panel onto the top of the car structure.
Connect the wires from the solar panel to the motor, ensuring a secure connection.

2. Wind Powered Vehicle Assembly
Detach all wooden pieces for the wind-powered vehicle.
Assemble the car base and attach the wheels.
Install the motor and battery holder onto the vehicle base.
Attach the propeller to the motor shaft.
Connect the motor wires to the battery holder.
3. Electric Fan Assembly
Carefully remove the wooden parts for the electric fan.
Assemble the fan stand and frame.
Mount the motor within the fan frame.
Attach the fan blades to the motor shaft.
Connect the motor wires to the battery holder and integrate the switch.
4. Solar Plane Assembly
Detach all wooden pieces for the solar plane.
Assemble the plane body and wings.
Attach the propeller to the motor.
Mount the solar panel on the top wing.
Connect the solar panel wires to the motor.
Assemble the display stand for the plane.
Operating Instructions
Once assembled, each model operates based on its specific power source:
Solar Powered Car & Solar Plane
These models are powered by solar energy. Place them in direct sunlight. The solar panel will convert light into electrical energy, powering the motor and causing the car to move or the plane's propeller to spin. Performance may vary based on light intensity.
Wind Powered Vehicle & Electric Fan
These models require 2 AA batteries (not included). Insert the batteries into the battery holder, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). For the Electric Fan, flip the switch to the ON position to activate the fan. For the Wind Powered Vehicle, the propeller will spin, generating thrust to move the car forward.

Maintenance
Keep all components clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
Store the kits in a dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use to prevent warping of wooden parts or degradation of electronic components.
Check battery connections periodically for the battery-powered models.
Ensure propellers and wheels spin freely without obstruction.
Review assembly steps, check all wire connections, ensure direct sunlight for solar models, replace batteries and check polarity for battery models.
Propeller/Fan does not spin smoothly.
Obstruction, misaligned propeller/fan blades.
Check for any foreign objects, ensure propeller/fan blades are securely and correctly attached to the motor shaft.
Wooden parts do not fit.
Attempting to force parts, incorrect orientation.
Refer to the instruction manual for correct orientation. Do not force parts; they should fit snugly.
