1. Important Safety Information

2. Product Overview

The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer is designed for healthy cooking with minimal oil, offering multiple functions including frying, baking, grilling, reheating, defrosting, and dehydrating.

Components:

• Main Unit: Houses the heating element and fan.
• Cooking Basket: Removable, non-stick coated basket for food.

3. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and stickers. Check for any damage.
2. Cleaning: Before first use, clean the cooking basket and grill stand with warm soapy water. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.
3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of free space on the back and sides, and 20 cm above the appliance.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 15-amp electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation

1. Power On: Press the power button on the OLED display.
2. Preheating (Optional): For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at the desired cooking temperature.
3. Loading Food: Place food into the cooking basket. Do not overfill. For larger items, use the grill stand to maximize space.

   The 3.5-liter capacity can accommodate approximately 900 grams of French fries, 10-12 chicken wings, a 10-inch pizza, or 15-16 small samosas, suitable for 2-4 people.

4. Setting Time and Temperature: Use the control dial to select the desired cooking mode, temperature (40°C to 200°C), and time. The OLED display will show the current settings.

5. Start Cooking: Press the control dial to start the cooking process.
6. Shake Reminder: For even cooking, the air fryer may prompt you to shake the basket halfway through the cooking cycle.
7. Pause/Resume: Pull out the cooking basket at any time to pause the cooking. The appliance will automatically resume when the basket is reinserted.

8. Completion: The air fryer will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully remove the basket and transfer food.

4.2 Pre-set Menus and Versatility

The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer comes with 7 pre-set menus for common dishes, simplifying your cooking experience. It supports various cooking methods:

1. MiHome App: Download the MiHome app from your app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your air fryer. The app allows you to:
   • Control the air fryer remotely.
   • Monitor cooking progress.
   • Receive cooking status notifications.
   • Access over 90 smart recipes.
   • Create custom cooking modes.

2. Voice Control: The air fryer supports voice control via Google Assistant. Link your MiHome account to Google Assistant and use commands like "Ok Google, turn on the Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer" or "Ok Google, change the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius."

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Cooking Basket and Grill Stand: These parts have a non-stick coating and are dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, wash with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Ensure all food residue is removed.

3. Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
