1. Product Overview

2. Setup

2.1 Initial Pairing via Zepp App

To begin using your Amazfit GTS 4, you must first pair it with your smartphone using the Zepp App. Ensure your watch is charged and your phone's Bluetooth is enabled.

1. Download and open the Zepp App on your smartphone.
2. Navigate to Profile > My device > +Add > Watch > Watch with QR code.
3. Scan the QR code displayed on your watch face using your phone's camera.
4. Confirm the pairing request on your watch.

2.2 System Update

Keep your watch's software up-to-date for optimal performance and new features. Ensure your watch is close to your phone during the update process.

1. Open the Zepp App.
2. Navigate to Profile > My device > Amazfit GTS 4 > System Update.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Customizing the Watch Face

Personalize your watch by changing its face and displayed functions.

1. Tap and hold the current watch face.
2. Swipe left or right to browse available watch faces.
3. Tap the "Edit" icon (pencil icon) to customize the highlighted area.
4. Swipe up or down to switch the function displayed in the highlighted area.

3.2 Control Center and Notifications

Access quick settings and view your notifications with simple swipes.

• Control Center: Swipe down on the home page to access quick settings like Torch, Do Not Disturb, Theater Mode, Always On Display, Calendar, Volume, Battery, Brightness, Find Phone, Bluetooth, and Settings.
• View Notifications: Swipe up on the home page to view incoming notifications from your paired smartphone.

3.3 Shortcut Cards

Quickly access frequently used features via customizable shortcut cards.

• View Cards: Swipe right on the home page to view your shortcut cards.
• Set Cards: To customize shortcut cards, open the Zepp App and go to Profile > My device > Amazfit GTS 4 > Shortcut Cards > Resident Application Settings.

3.4 Starting Sports Modes & Workout Detection

The Amazfit GTS 4 supports over 150 sports modes and smart recognition for 8 sports.

• Start Sports Mode: Press the crown, tap Workout, choose your desired sports mode, and tap GO.
• Workout Detection: To enable automatic workout detection, go to Settings > Workout > Workout Detection. Choose the sport you want the watch to auto-detect.

4. Zepp App Usage

4.1 Setting Goals

Set personal fitness goals within the Zepp App to track your progress.

1. Open the Zepp App.
2. Go to Profile > More > My Goals.
3. Adjust your goals as desired.

4.2 Installing and Uninstalling Zepp App Applications

Manage applications on your watch directly from the Zepp App.

1. Open the Zepp App.
2. Tap Profile > My device > Amazfit GTS 4 > Store.
3. Tap "Install" to add an application or tap "Delete" to remove it.

4.3 Transferring Music to the Watch

Store your favorite music directly on your watch for offline listening.

1. Open the Zepp App.
2. Tap Profile > My device > Amazfit GTS 4 > Music.
3. Tap "Upload music" and select your desired MP3 files.
4. Connect the watch to your smartphone via Wi-Fi to complete the transfer.

4.4 Logging into Amazon Alexa

Enable Alexa on your watch for voice commands and smart assistant features.

1. Open the Zepp App.
2. Go to Profile > More > Add accounts > Amazon Alexa.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to log in with your Amazon account.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Amazfit GTS 4 Smart Watch.

• Cleaning the Watch: Regularly wipe the watch face and band with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and sweat. For the silicone band, mild soap and water can be used.
• Cleaning the Sensor: Keep the BioTracker sensor on the back of the watch clean and dry for accurate readings.
• Water Expel Mode: After swimming or exposure to water, use the water expel mode to clear any water from the speaker port. Swipe down from the watch face to access the control center and find the water expel icon.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents as they can damage the watch's materials.
• Storage: When not in use, store the watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Amazfit GTS 4, try the following troubleshooting steps.

• Connectivity Issues:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch is within range.
  • Restart both your watch and smartphone.
  • Try unpairing and re-pairing the watch via the Zepp App (Profile > My device > Amazfit GTS 4 > Unpair).
• Battery Draining Quickly:
  • Reduce screen brightness or set it to auto-brightness.
  • Disable unnecessary features like Always On Display or continuous heart rate monitoring if not needed 24/7.
  • Limit the number of app notifications pushed to the watch.
• App Functionality Issues:
  • Ensure the Zepp App and watch firmware are updated to the latest versions.
  • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the problematic app via the Zepp App Store.

7.1 Submitting Feedback & Finding User ID

If issues persist, you can submit feedback directly through the Zepp App. Providing your User ID can help expedite support.

• Submit Feedback: Open the Zepp App, go to Profile > User feedback. Select issue type, time, describe the issue, and optionally upload pictures/logs.
• Find User ID: Open the Zepp App, go to Profile, tap your profile photo on the upper-right corner. Your User ID will be displayed there.
