Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status.

2. Pairing with a Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light (usually blue or white) on one or both earbuds.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "MYCANDY TWS-100" from the list.
5. Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing or flash slowly.

Note: The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, or long-press the touch area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or long-press the touch area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Touch Controls

The MYCANDY TWS-100 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. The specific functions are as follows:

Multi-Cast Technology

Charging

• Charging the Case: Connect the USB cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power adapter. The indicator light on the case will show charging progress. A full charge provides approximately 15 hours of total playback time, including recharges from the case.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds Not Pairing

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are within range.
• Try forgetting "MYCANDY TWS-100" from your device's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.
• Reset: Place both earbuds in the charging case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, then open the lid. This often resets the connection.

No Sound or Low Volume

• Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
• Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
• Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.

Charging Issues

• Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of obstruction.
• Try a different USB cable or power adapter.
