Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your rotary grater:
- Attach the Suction Base: Place the main unit on a clean, smooth, non-porous surface (e.g., countertop). Press down firmly on the unit and turn the locking lever on the suction base clockwise until it is securely fixed.
- Insert a Drum Blade: Select the desired drum blade for your task. Carefully insert the blade into the drum housing, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Attach the Handle: Align the handle with the spindle of the drum blade and push it into place. Turn the handle clockwise to ensure it engages with the blade.
- Prepare Food: Wash and cut your ingredients into pieces that fit comfortably into the food hopper.
Operating Instructions
Once assembled, operate the grater as follows:
- Ensure the unit is securely suctioned to the surface.
- Place a bowl or plate beneath the drum housing to collect the grated food.

- With one hand holding the food pusher, turn the handle clockwise with the other hand to grate or slice the food. Apply gentle, even pressure with the food pusher.
- Continue until all food is processed.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your grater.
- Disassembly: After use, turn the handle counter-clockwise to remove it. Carefully remove the drum blade. Release the suction base by turning the lever counter-clockwise and lift the main unit.
- Washing: All parts of the RibasuBB Rotary Grater are dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use warm soapy water and a brush to remove food residue.
- Caution for Hand Washing: The blades are very sharp. We recommend wearing cut-resistant gloves when cleaning the drum blades by hand to prevent injury.
- Drying: Ensure all parts are thoroughly dried before reassembly or storage to prevent water spots and maintain hygiene.
- Storage: Store the grater and its blades in a safe place, away from children.
