3. Setup and Charging

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the presenter. The device features a built-in rechargeable battery.

  1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the side of the presenter.

3.2 Connecting the Receiver (Plug and Play)

The CLIKBUTM Wireless Presenter uses a plug-and-play USB receiver, requiring no software installation.

  1. Insert the USB-A receiver into an available USB port on your computer (laptop or desktop).
  2. Turn on the presenter using the ON/OFF switch located on the side.
  3. The presenter will automatically connect to the receiver. The LED indicator may flash briefly and then remain steady to indicate a successful connection.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wearing the Presenter

The presenter is designed to be worn comfortably on your finger, allowing for free hand movement during presentations.

  • Adjust the finger ring to fit securely but comfortably on your finger. The ring is designed to be lightweight and adjustable.
  • Position the buttons so they are easily accessible by your thumb.

4.2 Button Functions

The presenter features several buttons for controlling your presentation:

  • Page Up (Up Arrow): Single click to move to the previous slide. Long press to show/exit slideshow mode.
  • Page Down (Down Arrow): Single click to move to the next slide. Long press to activate a black screen.
  • Hyperlink Button (Chain Link Icon): Single click to select a hyperlink. Double click to open a hyperlink. Long press to switch windows.
  • Laser Button (Red Star Icon): Press and hold to activate the laser pointer. Release to turn off.
  • ON/OFF Switch: Powers the device on or off.

4.3 Laser Pointer Usage

The integrated laser pointer can be used to highlight specific areas on your presentation screen.

  • Ensure the presenter is powered on.
  • Point the presenter towards the screen or surface you wish to highlight.
  • Press and hold the Laser Button (red star icon) to emit the laser beam.
  • Release the button to turn off the laser.

Warning: Do not stare directly into the laser beam or point it at people or animals. Avoid pointing the laser at reflective surfaces.
