1. Introduction and Overview

2. Product Features

3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Before first use, wash the interior of the frother jug, the whisk, and the lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not immerse the base of the frother or the power base in water.
3. Assemble: Ensure the whisk is securely placed onto the connector at the bottom of the frother jug.
4. Placement: Place the frother jug onto its power base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
5. Power: Plug the power cord into a 120V electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

For best results, it is recommended to use whole milk (fat content > 3%) at 5-10°C (41-50°F).

1. Add Milk: Pour milk into the frother jug, ensuring it is between the MIN and MAX fill lines for your desired function (refer to Figure 2). Do not exceed the MAX mark to prevent overflow.
2. Secure Lid: Place the transparent lid firmly on the frother jug.
3. Select Function: Press the power button once to turn on the frother. The LED indicator will light up red for hot functions or blue for cold froth.
   • Press once for Hot Dense Foam (Cappuccino).
   • Press twice for Hot Airy Foam (Latte).
   • Press three times for Heating Milk (no froth).
   • Press and hold for 2 seconds for Cold Froth (Iced Beverage). The light will turn blue.
4. Start Frothing/Heating: The frother will begin operation automatically after selecting the function. It typically takes 1-2 minutes.
5. Automatic Shut-off: The frother will automatically stop once the milk is frothed or heated to the optimal temperature. The light will turn off.
6. Pour: Carefully remove the lid and pour the frothed or heated milk into your cup using the convenient pour spout.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your milk frother.

1. Unplug: Always unplug the frother from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Separate Components: Remove the frother jug from its power base. Remove the lid and the whisk from the jug.
3. Clean Whisk and Lid: Wash the detachable whisk and the transparent lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
4. Clean Jug Interior: The interior of the frother jug has a non-stick coating. Rinse it with running water and use a soft cloth or the accompanying cleaning brush to gently clean any milk residue.
5. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the frother jug and the power base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the frother jug base or the power base in water, as this can damage electrical components.
6. Dry: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
