Setup and Assembly
1. Unpacking and Inspection

2. Mounting the Sander
For stable operation, it is recommended to bolt the sander to a workbench using the base bolt holes. Ensure the mounting surface is sturdy and level.
3. Attaching the Work Table and Miter Gauge
- Attach the work table to the disc sander side using the provided fasteners.
- Insert the miter gauge into the slot on the work table. This allows for precise angle sanding.

4. Connecting Dust Collection
Connect a suitable dust collection system to the dust port to minimize airborne dust and maintain a clean work area.

Operating Instructions
1. Power Connection
Ensure the ON/OFF switch is in the "OFF" position before plugging the sander into a 220 Volt (AC) power outlet.
2. Starting and Stopping
- To start the sander, press the green "ON" button.
- To stop the sander, press the red "OFF" button.
3. Horizontal and Vertical Belt Sanding
The belt platform can be adjusted from 0-90° to accommodate various sanding tasks.
- Loosen the locking knob that secures the belt platform.
- Adjust the belt platform to the desired angle (horizontal or vertical).
- Tighten the locking knob securely before operation.

4. Disc Sanding and Bevel Edges
The sanding table for the disc sander can be adjusted from 0-45° for bevel sanding.
- Loosen the table bevel knob located beneath the work table.
- Adjust the table to the desired angle using the angle scale.
- Tighten the table bevel knob firmly.

5. Belt Tracking Adjustment
If the sanding belt does not run centrally, adjust the tracking knob until the belt is properly aligned.
