C-Clamp Installation

  1. Attach the C-clamp assembly to the bottom of the main pole.
  2. Position the mount on the edge of your desk.
  3. Tighten the C-clamp screw until the mount is securely fastened to the desk. Ensure it is stable and does not wobble.

Grommet Installation

  1. If your desk has a grommet hole, remove the cover. If not, drill a hole (minimum 42mm diameter) in your desired location.
  2. Assemble the grommet base plate and bolt to the main pole.
  3. Insert the pole through the grommet hole.
  4. Secure the mount from underneath the desk using the provided grommet plate and tightening knob/nut.

2. Assemble Monitor Arms and Attach Monitors

  1. Slide the monitor arms onto the main pole at your desired height and secure them.
  2. Attach the VESA plates to the back of your monitors using the appropriate screws from the hardware kit. Ensure the screws are tightened securely but do not overtighten.
  3. Carefully slide the monitors (with VESA plates attached) onto the monitor arms. Ensure they click into place or are secured with the locking mechanism.

3. Adjust Gas Spring Tension

The gas spring arms require tension adjustment to properly hold your monitors. If a monitor sags or springs up, adjust the tension screw on the arm.

  • Use the provided hex key to turn the adjustment screw.
  • Turn clockwise (-) to decrease tension for lighter monitors (monitor sags).
  • Turn counter-clockwise (+) to increase tension for heavier monitors (monitor springs up).
  • Adjust until the monitor stays at any desired height effortlessly.

  • Height Adjustment: Loosen the collar on the main pole to slide the arms up or down, then re-tighten.
  • Tilt: Adjust the monitor angle up or down by ±80 degrees to reduce glare and optimize viewing.
  • Swivel: Pivot the monitor left or right by ±90 degrees to share your screen or change viewing angles.
  • Rotation: Rotate the monitor 360 degrees from landscape to portrait orientation.
  • Extension: The gas spring arms allow for an extension of up to 761mm, providing flexible positioning.

Cable Management

Route your cables through the integrated cable management clips on the arms and along the main pole to maintain a tidy workspace.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Periodic Checks: Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
  • Gas Spring: The gas spring is designed for long-term use and generally requires no maintenance. If adjustment becomes difficult, re-check the tension settings.

Troubleshooting

  • Monitor Sags or Springs Up: Adjust the gas spring tension as described in the 'Setup' section.
  • Mount is Loose on Desk: Re-tighten the C-clamp or grommet mount hardware. Ensure the desk surface is clean and free of obstructions.
  • Difficulty Adjusting Monitor Position: Check if any screws are overtightened, restricting movement. Loosen slightly if needed. Ensure the gas spring tension is correctly set for the monitor's weight.
  • Monitors Not Level: Fine-tune the height and tilt of individual arms to align monitors.
