4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

The Zorro CC2500 uses 18350 batteries. Ensure correct polarity when inserting. The remote also supports an external 2S battery power supply.

4.2 Initial Power On

To power on the remote, press and hold the power button until the display illuminates and the system boots up. The remote supports OpenTX / EdgeTX operating systems.

4.3 Antenna Adjustment

5. Operating

5.1 Basic Controls

The Hall-effect gimbals provide precise control for your FPV drone. The left gimbal typically controls throttle and yaw, while the right gimbal controls pitch and roll (in Mode 2). These can be adjusted for Mode 1 operation.

5.2 Menu Navigation

Use the SYS, RTN, PAGE>, PAGE<, and TELE buttons along with the scroll wheels to navigate through the OpenTX / EdgeTX firmware menus. Refer to the firmware documentation for detailed menu options and configurations.

5.3 Binding to a Receiver

The CC2500 multi-protocol internal RF module supports various protocols. The binding procedure will depend on the specific receiver you are using. Consult your receiver's manual for detailed binding instructions. Ensure the remote control and receiver are set to the same protocol.
