Product Overview

This ARLIME mini split AC/heating system provides energy-efficient cooling and heating for spaces up to 550 sq. ft. It features a ductless inverter plus system with a heat pump and dehumidification capabilities, ensuring constant temperature and optimal air quality. The unit includes automatic, cooling, drying, heating, and fan modes, along with intelligent functions like sleep mode, ECO mode, i-feel temperature sensing, and self-cleaning.

Setup and Installation

The ARLIME Mini Split AC/Heating System is designed for straightforward installation. While professional installation is recommended, the system is pre-charged with R32 refrigerant and includes all necessary accessories for a DIY setup. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent refrigerant leaks.

Installation Steps Overview

1. Mounting the Indoor Unit: Secure the mounting bracket to a hard, flat, and firm wall to avoid vibration and noise. Use the provided paper pattern to identify exact drilling locations for screws and the wall hole.
2. Connecting Indoor Unit Pipes and Wires: Connect the copper pipes and communication wires to the indoor unit. Ensure all connections are snug and properly insulated. Thread the pipes and wires through the wall hole, covering them with pipe protection rings and plugging excess space with putty.
3. Placing the Outdoor Unit: Position the outdoor unit in a suitable location, either on a wall bracket (purchased separately) or directly on the ground.
4. Connecting Outdoor Unit Pipes and Wires: Connect the copper pipes and communication wires to the outdoor unit. Fix the wires of the power cable and communication cable according to color codes.
5. Vacuum Treatment: Connect a vacuum pump to the service port of the outdoor unit. Vacuumize the system for at least 15 minutes until the pressure gauge reads ≤ -0.1MPa (-76cmHg / 500µm). Maintain pressure for 35 minutes to ensure no springback (≤ 0.05MPa).
6. Refrigerant Release: Open the liquid and gas valves on the outdoor unit using an Allen wrench to release the R32 refrigerant into the system. Retighten the caps.
7. Drainage Test: Pour 500ml of water along the evaporator of the indoor unit. Check for water flowing from the drain pipe outside the wall within 20 seconds.
8. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to a suitable power supply, ensuring proper grounding.

• Fan Speed: Adjust fan speed (Low, Medium, High, Auto) using the fan speed button.
• Swing Button: Activates the automatic swing function for wider air distribution.
• Timer Button: Set a 0.5-24 hour timer for automatic on/off operation.
• Sleep Mode: Optimizes temperature and fan speed for quiet operation during sleep.
• ECO (Economic) Mode: Reduces energy consumption while maintaining comfort.
