1. Introduction

Important Safety Instructions

3. Initial Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the box.
  2. Clean: Wash the Stainless Steel Low Carb Pot, Ceramic Coated Pot, Stainless Steel Inner Lid, measuring cup, and rice paddle with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the rice cooker on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  4. Insert Pot: Place the desired inner pot (Ceramic Coated Pot for regular cooking or Stainless Steel Low Carb Pot for low-carb cooking) into the main unit. Ensure it sits properly.

4. Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview

The rice cooker features a high-intensity white LED touch panel with 11 functions. Familiarize yourself with the buttons:

  • Preset: Sets a delayed cooking start time.
  • Cancel: Stops the current operation.
  • Hour/Minute: Adjusts time settings for Preset or other functions.
  • Menu: Cycles through cooking functions.
  • White Rice: Standard cooking for white rice.
  • Brown Rice: Cooking program for brown rice.
  • Low Carb Rice: Special function for reducing carbohydrate content.
  • Porridge: For cooking porridge.
  • Cake: Baking function.
  • Soup: For preparing soups.
  • Stew: For stewing dishes.
  • Steam: Steaming function.
  • Multi-Grain: For cooking various grains.
  • Instant Heat: Function for stir-frying or heating up cold food.
  • Keep Warm: Automatically activates after cooking or can be selected manually.

General Cooking Steps

  1. Measure the desired amount of rice using the provided measuring cup.
  2. Wash the rice thoroughly until the water runs clear.
  3. Place the washed rice into the appropriate inner pot.
  4. Add the correct amount of water according to the rice type and desired consistency.
  5. Close the lid securely.
  6. Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.

  5. Close the lid.
  6. Select the Low Carb Rice function from the control panel. You may have options for Hard or Soft texture.

Using the Instant Heat Function

The Instant Heat function allows you to use the Ceramic Coated Pot for sautéing or stir-frying ingredients, or for quickly heating up cold food.

  1. Place the Ceramic Coated Pot into the main unit.
  2. Add ingredients to the pot.
  3. Close the lid (optional, depending on cooking method).
  4. Select the Instant Heat function.
  5. Monitor food closely as this function provides rapid heating.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your rice cooker.

  • Always unplug the rice cooker and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Inner Pots and Inner Lid: The Stainless Steel Low Carb Pot, Ceramic Coated Pot, and Stainless Steel Inner Lid are removable and should be washed by hand with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling. The ceramic coating is naturally non-stick and easy to clean.
  • Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  • Heating Plate: If food particles are stuck on the heating plate, gently wipe them off with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.
