1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information

Always follow assembly instructions. Use caution when handling heavy components. Ensure proper installation to prevent structural instability. Keep away from heat sources and open flames. Do not use in areas with high winds or heavy snow loads.

3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically requires two people. Follow the steps below carefully.

4.1. Identify and Place the Base Panel

Identify the base panel, which is the only piece with a flat, rectangular shape designed to sit on the ground. Place it in your desired location, ensuring the surface is level.

4.2. Attach Side Panels (C & D)

Locate side panels C and D. These panels have specific markings (C or D) and an arrow indicating the upward orientation. Attach the designated hinge pieces (L for C, R for D) to the lower part of each panel, aligning them with the screw holes. Secure with the provided M4x19mm screws.

4.3. Attach Back Panels

Insert the back panels into the grooves of the base panel and side panels. Ensure the folded part of the back panels faces inward. Slide them down from the top until they are fully seated in the bottom slit. Secure the back panels to the side panels and base using the M4x25mm screws (11 screws in total: 3 along each side, and 5 along the bottom).

4.4. Attach the Top Lid

Identify the top lid by its hinged design. Attach the locking mechanism to the front underside of the lid using M4x25mm screws. Carefully align the lid's hinges with the top of the back panels and secure it. Ensure the plastic tabs on the lid click into place for a secure fit.

4.5. Assemble and Attach Doors

For each door, slide the bottom latch pieces (Q and P) into the designated slots at the bottom. These pieces are keyed and will only fit one way. Secure the latch with an M4x19mm screw. Attach the door handles to the outside of the doors, aligning them with the pre-drilled holes, and screw them in from the inside of the door. Finally, align the door hinges with the corresponding slots on the side panels and the bottom notches on the base. Slide the doors into place.

5. Operating Instructions

To open the shed, lift the top lid. The lid is designed with a stay-up mechanism to hold it open. To access the interior, unlatch the front doors and pull them open. To close, push the doors shut, ensuring the bottom latch engages, and then lower the top lid. The top lid has an overhang and a drainage channel to prevent water ingress.

6. Maintenance
