5.1 Powering On and Basic Controls

• Power On/Off: Rotate the "DISC" knob clockwise from the "OFF" position to turn on the detector. Rotate counter-clockwise to turn off.
• Sensitivity (SENS): Adjust the "SENS" knob to control the detector's sensitivity. Higher sensitivity increases detection depth but may also increase false signals from ground mineralization or electrical interference. Start with a medium setting and adjust as needed.
