4. Installation Guide
4.1 Before You Begin
- Check VESA Pattern: Ensure your TV's VESA mounting pattern (distance between screw holes on the back of the TV) is compatible with the mount (100x100mm to 400x600mm).
- Check TV Weight: Confirm your TV's weight does not exceed 110 lbs.
- Tools Required: Drill, stud finder (for wood ceilings), socket wrench, screwdriver, pencil, measuring tape.
4.2 Step 1: Prepare the Ceiling Plate
The ceiling plate is designed for flat ceiling applications and can be mounted on wood, brick, concrete, or sheetrock/plaster ceilings. Use appropriate anchors for your ceiling type.
- Locate the desired mounting position on your ceiling. For wood ceilings, use a stud finder to locate a ceiling joist.
- Position the ceiling plate and mark the drilling points.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations.
- Secure the ceiling plate to the ceiling using the appropriate screws and washers from the hardware kit. Ensure it is firmly attached.

4.3 Step 2: Assemble the Pole and TV Bracket
- Attach the telescopic pole to the ceiling plate. Secure it with the provided bolts.
- Slide the horizontal TV bracket onto the lower section of the telescopic pole.
- Attach the VESA mounting arms to the horizontal TV bracket.

4.4 Step 3: Attach VESA Plate to TV
- Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface.
- Align the VESA mounting arms with the mounting holes on the back of your TV.
- Select the correct diameter and length screws from the hardware kit that fit your TV's mounting holes. Use washers and spacers if necessary to ensure a snug fit without overtightening.
- Secure the VESA arms to the TV. Do not overtighten.
4.5 Step 4: Mount TV to Ceiling Assembly
CAUTION: This step requires at least two people to safely lift and attach the TV to the ceiling mount.
- Carefully lift the TV with the attached VESA arms and hook it onto the horizontal bar of the ceiling mount.
- Ensure the TV is securely seated on the horizontal bar.
- Tighten any safety screws or locking mechanisms to prevent accidental dislodgement.
- Use the built-in level to ensure the TV is perfectly horizontal. Adjust as needed.
4.6 Step 5: Cable Management
The telescopic pole features an internal wire management channel to keep cables organized and concealed.
- Route your TV's power and video cables through the opening in the ceiling plate and down through the telescopic pole.
- Guide the cables out through the designated opening near the TV bracket.
- Use cable ties (not included) to secure any excess cable length for a tidy appearance.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Adjusting Height
The telescopic pole allows for height adjustment from 22 inches (compressed) to 35.8 inches (extended) to achieve your preferred viewing height. Loosen the locking mechanism on the pole, adjust to the desired height, and then securely tighten the mechanism.
5.2 Adjusting Tilt and Swivel
The mount offers a wide range of motion for optimal viewing angles:
- Tilt: The TV can be tilted from +0° to -25°. Loosen the tilt adjustment knobs on the side of the TV bracket, adjust the screen to the desired angle, and then re-tighten the knobs.
- Swivel: The TV can swivel +180° to -180°. Gently rotate the TV to the left or right to achieve the desired horizontal viewing angle.
- Screen Level: Fine-tune the screen level from +3° to -3° using the dedicated adjustment screws if your TV appears slightly off-level after initial installation.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodic Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Damage: If any part of the mount becomes damaged, discontinue use and contact customer support for replacement parts or advice.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| TV is not level. | Initial installation not perfectly level; minor shifts. | Use the built-in level and screen level adjustment feature (+3° to -3°) to fine-tune the TV's horizontal position. |
| Mount feels loose or unstable. | Mounting screws are not fully tightened; ceiling structure is inadequate. | Re-check all mounting screws on the ceiling plate and TV bracket. Ensure the ceiling structure can support the weight. If issues persist, consult a professional. |
| Difficulty adjusting tilt or height. | Locking mechanisms are too tight; components are stiff. | Loosen the relevant locking knobs or screws before attempting to adjust. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts if stiffness persists. |
| Cables are visible and untidy. | Cables not routed through the management channel. | Route all cables through the internal wire management channel of the telescopic pole as described in Section 4.6. |
