Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. Pull the lever upwards while seated to lower the chair, or pull the lever upwards while standing to raise the chair. Release the lever at your desired height. The height lift range is approximately 4 inches.
Rocking and Tilt Function
The chair features a rocking function for added comfort. To activate the rocking mode, pull the lever on the left side (opposite the height adjustment lever) outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards.
To adjust the tension of the rocking motion, rotate the round knob located underneath the seat, towards the front. Turn clockwise to increase tension (tighter rocking) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (looser rocking).

Swivel Function
The chair is designed to swivel 360 degrees, allowing for easy movement and access to your workspace without needing to reposition the entire chair.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: For the mesh backrest and fabric seat, use a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For the plastic and metal parts, wipe with a damp cloth.
- Casters (Wheels): Periodically check the casters for hair or debris that may impede movement. Clean as needed.
- Hardware: Every few months, inspect all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten any loose fasteners to maintain stability and safety.
- Gas Lift: The gas lift is a sealed unit and requires no maintenance. If you experience issues with height adjustment, refer to the troubleshooting section.
