4. Setup Instructions
4.1 Site Preparation
Select a suitable location for your pool. The area must be completely flat and level, free from sharp objects, and capable of supporting the weight of the filled pool (approximately 11,532 kg). Avoid placing the pool under overhead power lines or near trees that may drop leaves or debris.
4.2 Pool Assembly
Unfold the pool liner on the prepared ground. Assemble the steel frame by connecting the poles using the Seal & Lock System. This system is designed for easy setup and corrosion resistance. Ensure all connections are secure. Refer to the detailed diagrams for correct pole placement and connection. Assembly typically takes 2-3 people approximately 30 minutes before filling.

4.3 Filling the Pool
Once the frame is fully assembled and the liner is smooth, begin filling the pool with water. As the water level rises, gently smooth out any wrinkles in the bottom of the liner. Stop filling when the water reaches approximately 90% of the pool's height, or to the fill line indicated on the liner.
4.4 Ladder and Pump Installation
Assemble the safety ladder according to its separate instructions and place it securely. Connect the sand filter pump to the pool's inlet and outlet fittings as per the pump's manual. Ensure all hoses are tightly secured to prevent leaks.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Filter Pump Operation
The included sand filter pump is crucial for maintaining water clarity. Operate the pump daily for several hours, depending on pool usage and environmental conditions. Refer to the sand filter pump manual for specific operating instructions, backwashing, and media replacement.
5.2 ChemConnect Dispenser Usage
The ChemConnect dispenser is designed to maintain stable chlorine levels. Place chlorine tablets (not included) into the dispenser and adjust the flow rate as needed. Always follow the chemical manufacturer's instructions for dosage and safe handling.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Water Chemistry
Regularly test and adjust your pool's water chemistry. Maintain appropriate levels for pH (7.2-7.6), free chlorine (1-3 ppm), and alkalinity. Proper water balance prevents algae growth, cloudy water, and damage to pool components.
6.2 Filter Maintenance
Clean the sand filter by backwashing regularly as indicated by pressure gauge readings or reduced flow. Replace the filter sand every 3-5 years, or as recommended by the manufacturer.
6.3 Pool Cleaning
Use a pool skimmer to remove debris from the surface. A pool vacuum can be used to clean the bottom. Brush the pool walls periodically to prevent algae buildup.
6.4 Winterization
Before winter, drain the pool completely, clean the liner, and disassemble the frame. Store all components in a dry, protected area to prevent damage from freezing temperatures and prolong product life.
7. Troubleshooting
- Cloudy Water: Check filter operation, backwash if necessary. Test water chemistry and adjust chlorine/pH levels.
- Reduced Pump Flow: Inspect pump for clogs, ensure sand is clean, and check all connections for air leaks.
- Rust on Metal Parts: While the frame features corrosion-resistant materials, prolonged exposure to chemicals or improper storage can lead to rust. Clean affected areas and apply rust-inhibiting paint if necessary. Ensure proper water chemistry is maintained.
- Leaks: Locate the leak and use the provided repair patch. For larger leaks, contact customer support.
