1. Introduction

The ColourNoise Sound Machine is designed to create a peaceful and relaxing environment, aiding in sleep, concentration, and stress reduction. It combines a wide range of soothing sounds with customizable night light options, making it suitable for various settings including nurseries, bedrooms, offices, and travel.

2. Safety Information

For safe operation of your ColourNoise Sound Machine, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Use only the provided power adapter with input voltage 5V DC and input current 1000mA.
  • To prevent electric shock, do not handle the device with wet hands.
  • This device is not a toy; keep out of reach of children unless supervised.
  • Ensure the device is used within the specified temperature range of 14-122°F (-10~50°C).

4. Setup

To begin using your ColourNoise Sound Machine:

  1. Connect the USB charging cable to the sound machine's power input port.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
  3. The device is now ready for operation.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the Power button (Power button icon) located on the control panel to turn the device on or off.

5.2 Sound Selection

The device features 30 non-looping soothing sounds, categorized as:

  • 3 White Noises (Brown Noise, White Noise, Pink Noise)
  • 2 Fan Sounds (Soft Fan, Loud Fan)
  • 18 Natural Sounds (Sea Waves, Heavy Rain, Brook, Fireplace, Singing Birds, Water Drop, etc.)
  • 7 Soothing Music (Piano, Heart's Beating, Hushing Sound, etc.)

Press the Next Sound button (Next Sound button icon) or Previous Sound button (Previous Sound button icon) to cycle through the available sounds.

5.3 Volume Adjustment

Adjust the sound volume using the Volume Up button (Volume Up button icon) and Volume Down button (Volume Down button icon). There are 10 adjustable brightness levels for the night light.

5.4 Night Light Operation

The sound machine features 12 different night light colors and 10 adjustable brightness levels.

  • Press the Light button (Light button icon) to turn the night light on or off.
  • Short press the Light button to cycle through the 12 colors.
  • Press and hold the Light button to adjust brightness. Release and press again to change direction of brightness adjustment.

5.5 Timer Settings and Memory Function

The device offers five timer settings:

  • 1 hour
  • 2 hours
  • 3 hours
  • 4 hours
  • Continuous Play (indicated by an infinity symbol)

Press the Timer button (Timer button icon) to select your desired duration. When approaching automatic shutdown, the sound will gradually fade before turning off completely. The device also remembers your last sound and light settings for convenience.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ColourNoise Sound Machine:

  • Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Keep the device away from water or excessive moisture.
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your ColourNoise Sound Machine, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the device and the electrical outlet. Verify the outlet is functional.
  • No Sound: Check the volume level and ensure it is not set to minimum. Cycle through sounds to confirm functionality.
  • Light Not Working: Press the Light button to turn it on. Adjust brightness levels.
  • Unexpected Shutdown: Check if a timer is set. If so, the device will turn off automatically after the selected duration.
