3. Setup and Installation
The TONGVEO TV-C3+M3B system offers flexible installation and connection options for various conference room setups.
3.1 Camera Installation
The camera can be installed using a wall mount (included), placed on a desktop, or mounted on a tripod. Ensure the camera is positioned to capture the desired area of the conference room.
3.2 Connecting the Camera
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the camera's DC-12V port and plug it into a power outlet.
- Video Output (USB 3.0): Connect the camera to your computer (laptop or desktop) using the provided USB 3.0 cable. This enables plug-and-play video conferencing.
- Video Output (HDMI): For direct connection to a Smart TV or other display devices, use an HDMI cable to connect the camera's HDMI port to the display. This provides high-definition uncompressed video.
- Control Connections (Optional): For advanced control, connect RS232 or RS485 cables to a serial/joystick controller.

3.3 Connecting the Speakerphone
The speakerphone can be connected to your computer or device via USB, Bluetooth, or a wireless dongle.
- USB Connection: Use the provided USB cable to connect the speakerphone to your computer. No drivers are typically required for this plug-and-play connection.
- Bluetooth Connection:
- Turn on the speakerphone.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the speakerphone until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (computer, smartphone), search for Bluetooth devices and select the TONGVEO speakerphone to pair.
- Wireless Dongle Connection: Insert the wireless dongle into a USB port on your computer. The speakerphone will automatically connect to the dongle.
- Audio Output (3.5mm AUX): The speakerphone also features a 3.5mm audio output interface for connecting external headphones or speakers.

4. Operating Instructions
This section details how to operate the TONGVEO TV-C3+M3B system for effective video and audio conferencing.
4.1 Camera Operation (PTZ and Zoom)
The camera's pan, tilt, and zoom functions are controlled via the included IR remote control.
- Pan/Tilt: Use the directional arrows on the remote to adjust the camera's horizontal (350°) and vertical (180°) position.
- Zoom: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to control the 3X optical zoom. The camera supports auto and manual focus settings.
- Presets: The remote allows you to set and recall up to 10 preset camera positions.
- Set Preset: Press the PRESET button, then a number (0-9).
- Recall Preset: Press a number (0-9).
- Clear Preset: Press the RESET button, then a number (0-9).
- Image Adjustment: Buttons for Brightness, Mirror, and Image Flip are available on the remote.

4.2 Speakerphone Operation

- Power On/Off: Use the dedicated ON/OFF switch on the side of the speakerphone.
- Volume Control: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the speaker volume.
- Microphone Mute: Press the microphone icon button to mute or unmute the microphones. The LED indicator will change to show mute status.
- Answer/Hang Up: Use the phone icon button to answer or end calls when connected via Bluetooth or USB.
- Bluetooth Pairing: Press the Bluetooth button to enter pairing mode.

- Cable Management: Ensure cables are not kinked or strained to prevent damage.
- Battery Care (Speakerphone): For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the speakerphone battery frequently. Charge it regularly.
6. Troubleshooting

6.1 No Video Output
- Check Connections: Ensure the USB 3.0 or HDMI cable is securely connected to both the camera and your computer/display.
