Setup

1. Attach Handle: Choose either the D-handle or the side handle and securely attach it to the polisher using the provided screws.

3. Attach Pad: Align the chosen pad with the hook-and-loop backing plate on the polisher and press firmly to secure it.

Variable Speed Application Guide

• Speed 1-2 (0-2800 RPM): Ideal for car waxing and light cleaning.
• Speed 3-4 (2900-4500 RPM): Suitable for general car polishing and swirl removal.
• Speed 5-6 (4600-5800 RPM): Best for heavy-duty paint correction and removing deep scratches.

General Usage Steps

1. Prepare Surface: Ensure the surface to be polished is clean and dry.
2. Apply Product: Apply a small amount of polishing compound or wax directly onto the pad or the surface.
3. Start Polisher: Place the pad flat on the surface before turning on the polisher to avoid sling. Start at a low speed and gradually increase as needed.
4. Work in Sections: Work on small sections at a time, using overlapping passes. Maintain consistent pressure.
5. Orbital Action: The 9MM random orbital action ensures even coverage and minimizes the risk of holograms or swirl marks.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the polisher with a clean, damp cloth. Remove any excess compound or wax from the pads. Pads can be washed with mild soap and water and air-dried.
• Storage: Store the polisher in its original bag or a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Carbon Brushes: Periodically check the carbon brushes for wear. Replace them when they are worn down to approximately 1/4 inch (6mm) to maintain motor performance.
• Cord Inspection: Regularly inspect the power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use the tool if the cord is damaged.
