2. Important Safety Information

- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the fireplace.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This fireplace has an automatic overheating protection feature. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off. To reset, unplug the fireplace from the electrical outlet for 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
- Use this fireplace only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.

4.1 Dimensions and Requirements

For recessed installation, the recommended opening size is 45.7"-50"W x 6"D x 17.05"-17.72"H.

4.3 Step-by-Step Installation
- Prepare the Unit: Carefully remove the electric fireplace from its packaging. Identify the top and front of the unit.
- Remove Glass Panel: Locate and remove the two screws securing the glass panel. Gently lift and remove the glass panel.
- Install Bottom Light Background Plate: Place the white bottom light background plate into the designated slot at the bottom of the fireplace interior.
- Place Embers and Logs: Distribute the crystal embers evenly over the bottom light background plate. Then, arrange the decorative logs on top of the crystals for a realistic effect.
- Reinstall Glass Panel: Carefully reattach the glass panel and secure it with the two screws removed earlier.
- Mounting (Wall-Mounted): If wall-mounting, attach the wall bracket to the back of the fireplace unit. Mark the desired location on the wall, ensuring it is a sturdy surface. Drill pilot holes and secure the wall bracket to the wall using appropriate screws. Hang the fireplace unit onto the wall bracket.
- Mounting (Recessed): If recessing, ensure the wall opening meets the specified dimensions. Slide the fireplace unit into the prepared opening. Secure the unit to the framing of the opening using the provided screws.
