4. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level countertop. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Assemble Feet: Screw the height-adjustable feet into the base of the fryer. Adjust the height as needed to ensure stability.
  4. Install Oil Tanks: Place the two 12L oil tanks into their respective compartments in the main unit.
  5. Install Heating Elements: Carefully lower each heating element assembly (with control head) into its corresponding oil tank. Ensure the heating coils are fully submerged in the tank.
  6. Secure Fryer Head: It is crucial to ensure the fryer head (the control panel and heating element assembly) is firmly in the correct position. This activates a micro-switch, which is a safety feature. If the micro-switch is not engaged, the unit will not heat.

Video: Demonstrates how to correctly place the fryer head to engage the micro-switch, ensuring the unit heats properly. This is a critical safety and operational step.

  7. Fill with Oil: Fill each oil tank with cooking oil to the recommended minimum and maximum fill lines. Do not overfill or underfill.
  8. Power Connection: The fryer comes with two separate power plugs. Each plug requires a 15-amp current. It is strongly recommended to plug each unit into a separate electrical circuit to prevent overloading and ensure proper operation.Diagram showing correct and incorrect power plug connections for the dual deep fryer

  9. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the oil tanks, baskets, and lids with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Ensure the fryer is properly set up and plugged into appropriate power outlets. Turn the temperature dial to the desired setting. The green "Power" indicator light will illuminate, and the orange "Heating" indicator light will turn on.
  2. Preheating: Allow the oil to preheat to the set temperature. The orange "Heating" light will turn off once the desired temperature is reached and cycle on/off to maintain it.
  3. Frying Food:
    • Place food items into the frying basket. Do not overload the basket, as this can lower oil temperature and result in soggy food.
    • Slowly lower the basket into the hot oil.
    • Fry until food is golden brown and cooked through.
    • Lift the basket and hook it onto the side of the tank to allow excess oil to drain.
  4. Temperature Adjustment: Adjust the temperature dial as needed for different food types.
  5. After Use: Once frying is complete, turn the temperature dial to the "OFF" position and unplug the unit from the power outlets. Allow the oil to cool completely before cleaning.

  3. Disassemble: Remove the frying baskets, lids, and heating elements.
  4. Clean Components: Wash the oil tanks, baskets, and lids with warm, soapy water. Use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
