Introduction

Welcome to the UGREEN HiTune Wireless Earbuds user manual. This guide will help you set up, operate, and maintain your new earbuds to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Please read through all instructions carefully before use.

Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure the earbuds and charging case are fully charged. Remove the protective film from the charging contacts on the earbuds. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the port on the back of the charging case and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source. The LED indicators on the case will show charging status.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

The earbuds automatically power on when removed from the charging case and enter pairing mode. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for 'UGREEN HiTune' in the list of available devices. Select it to connect. The earbuds will automatically power off when placed back into the charging case.

Operating the Earbuds

Touch Controls

The UGREEN HiTune earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud for easy management of music, calls, and voice assistant.

• 1 Tap: Play/Pause music, Answer/End a call.
• 2 Taps: Next track.
• 3 Taps: Previous track.
• 4 Taps: Switch EQ mode (between Well-Balanced and Bass Boost).
• Long Press (2s): Reject a call, Activate Voice Assistant.

EQ Modes

Switch between 'Well-Balanced' for a neutral sound profile and 'Bass Boost' for enhanced bass, depending on your audio preference.

Call Features

The earbuds are equipped with built-in MEMS microphones and CVC 8.0 environment noise-canceling technology to ensure clear calls even in noisy environments.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean the ear tips and charging contacts with a soft, dry cloth to maintain optimal performance and hygiene.

Water Resistance

The earbuds are IPX5 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against sweat and light rain. Do not submerge them in water or expose them to strong jets of water.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your UGREEN HiTune earbuds, try the following:

• No Sound: Ensure earbuds are charged and properly paired. Check device volume.
• Pairing Issues: Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on. If issues persist, perform a factory reset on the earbuds (refer to the full user manual for specific steps).
• Intermittent Connection: Ensure your device is within the Bluetooth range (10 meters) and there are no major obstructions.
