4. Installation Guide

Follow these steps for proper installation of your underglow kit. Professional installation is recommended for direct wiring to the vehicle's battery.

4.1. Pre-Installation

1. Clean Surface: Ensure the mounting surfaces under your vehicle are clean, dry, and free of debris.
2. Plan Layout: Determine the optimal placement for each LED strip (two 35-inch and two 47-inch strips) to achieve desired lighting coverage. The 2-line design allows for flexible placement along the vehicle's sides.

4.2. Mounting the LED Strips

The LED strips feature strong self-adhesive tape for easy attachment. For added security, use the provided cable ties and clips.

1. Peel off the backing from the 3M adhesive tape on each LED strip.
2. Carefully press the strips onto the chosen clean, smooth surfaces under the vehicle.

4.3. Power Connection

You have two options for powering the underglow kit:

1. 12V Cigarette Lighter Adapter: Plug the cigarette lighter adapter into your vehicle's 12V cigarette port. This option includes an easy ON/OFF switch.
2. Direct Wiring (Recommended for permanent installation): Connect the red wire to the positive (+) terminal of your vehicle's 12V battery and the black wire to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure the in-line fuse is properly installed for circuit protection.

The Yielinth Underglow Kit offers two primary control methods: a smartphone application and an RF remote control.

5.1. Smartphone App Control

1. Download App: Scan the QR code on the control box or visit http://www.easytrack.net.cn/download/ to download the "Smart Life" or "Smart Living" app (Android & iOS compatible).
2. Bluetooth Connection: Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Open the app, and it should automatically detect the underglow kit. Follow the in-app instructions to connect.
3. Functions: The app provides extensive control over the lights, including:
   • Color Wheel: Select from 16 million RGB colors.
   • Brightness Adjustment: Increase or decrease light intensity.
