3. Setup
- Insert SIM Card: Open the back cover of the hotspot. Carefully insert your activated T-Mobile SIM card into the designated slot. Ensure it is correctly oriented.
- Insert Battery: Place the 3,000 mAh rechargeable battery into its compartment, ensuring the contacts align. Close the back cover securely.
- Charge the Device: Connect the USB Type C Power Adaptor to the hotspot's USB-C port and plug it into a power source. Allow the device to charge fully before initial use. The battery indicator on the device's screen will show charging status.
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button (usually located on the side or top) for a few seconds until the screen illuminates and the T-Mobile logo appears.

4. Operating Instructions

- Enter the Wi-Fi password (Key) shown on the hotspot's screen when prompted.

- Signal Strength: Indicates the strength of the cellular signal.
- Wi-Fi Status: Shows if Wi-Fi is active and if devices are connected.
- Battery Level: Displays the current battery charge.
- Messages: Notifies you of new SMS messages or system alerts.
- Accessing Settings (WebUI): For advanced settings, such as changing Wi-Fi name/password, managing connected devices, or configuring parental controls, access the Web User Interface (WebUI).
- Connect a device to the hotspot's Wi-Fi network.
- Open a web browser and enter the default IP address (e.g.,
http://hotspot.webuior192.168.0.1) into the address bar. - Log in using the default username and password (often "admin" for both, check your Quick Start Guide for specifics).
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the screen turns off.
5. Maintenance
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures and fully charge the device regularly. If the device is not used for extended periods, store it with a partial charge.
- Software Updates: Periodically check for software updates via the WebUI to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Avoid liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use, store the hotspot in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Internet Connection:
- Check cellular signal strength on the device screen. Move to an area with better coverage if needed.
- Ensure your T-Mobile SIM card is properly inserted and activated.
- Verify your T-Mobile data plan is active and has available data.
- Restart the hotspot and the connected device.
- Slow Performance:
