Setup

Follow these steps to assemble your Intercleaner Corded Vacuum Cleaner:

1. Attach the Floor Brush Head: Align the floor brush head with the main vacuum body and push firmly until it clicks into place.
2. Connect the Extension Wand (for stick mode): Insert the extension wand into the main vacuum body. Then, attach the handle to the top of the extension wand. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Handheld Mode: For handheld use, detach the extension wand and floor brush head. You can directly attach desired accessories (e.g., crevice tool, brush) to the main vacuum body.
4. Check Dust Cup and Filters: Ensure the dust cup is securely attached and all filters (HEPA and sponge) are correctly seated inside the dust cup before operation.

Operating Instructions

Using your Intercleaner Corded Vacuum Cleaner is straightforward:

1. Power Connection: Plug the 16.4 ft power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
2. Power On/Off: Locate the power button on the main vacuum body and press it to turn the vacuum on. Press again to turn it off.
3. Cleaning Surfaces:
   • Hard Floors & Carpets: Use the vacuum in stick mode with the floor brush head for efficient cleaning of wooden floors, marble, and short-haired carpets.
   • Versatile Cleaning: The vacuum head can swivel up to 90 degrees, allowing for easy maneuverability around furniture and into corners.

4. Emptying the Dust Cup: When the transparent dust cup is full, or suction power decreases, empty it using the one-button release mechanism. (Refer to Maintenance section for detailed cleaning).

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner. Always unplug the vacuum before performing any maintenance.

Cleaning the Dust Cup and Filters:

1. Detach Dust Cup: Press the release button to detach the dust cup from the main vacuum body.
2. Empty Dust Cup: Hold the dust cup over a trash bin and press the one-button release to empty collected debris.
3. Remove Filters: Carefully remove the HEPA filter and the sponge filter from inside the dust cup.

4. Wash Filters: Rinse the HEPA filter and sponge filter under running water until clean. For stubborn debris, a soft brush (like a toothbrush) can be used gently.
5. Dry Filters: IMPORTANT: Allow all filters and the dust cup to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Do not use the vacuum with wet filters, as this can damage the motor.
6. Reassemble: Once completely dry, place the sponge filter back onto the HEPA filter, then insert them into the dust cup. Reattach the dust cup to the main vacuum body, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

Cleaning the Floor Brush Head:

Periodically check the floor brush head for tangled hair or debris. Detach it from the main unit and remove any obstructions. The brush head can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
