Important Safety Information
Please read and understand all instructions before assembling and using this bunk bed. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury.
- Maximum Weight Capacity: The upper bunk is designed to support a maximum of 250 lbs (113 kg). The lower bunk is designed to support a maximum of 300 lbs (136 kg). Do not exceed these limits.
- Mattress Requirements: Use only mattresses that meet the following specifications:
- Upper Bunk: Maximum mattress thickness 6 inches (15 cm).
- Lower Bunk: Maximum mattress thickness 8 inches (20 cm).
- Guardrails: The upper bunk is equipped with full-length guardrails. Ensure they are always securely in place.
- Ladder Safety: Always use the ladder for entering and exiting the upper bunk. Do not use the bunk bed as a climbing frame.
- Age Restriction: The upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the bunk bed.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check all connections and hardware to ensure they are tight and secure. Retighten as necessary.
- No Horseplay: Prohibit horseplay on or under the bed.
- Lighting: Do not attach or hang items that are not designed for use with the bed, such as hooks, belts, or jump ropes, as they can pose a strangulation hazard.

Setup and Assembly
Assembly requires two adults. Please follow the steps carefully. Tools for assembly are included in the hardware pack.
- Prepare the Area: Clear a spacious area for assembly. Lay out all components and hardware.
- Assemble Lower Bed Frame: Attach the lower bed's side rails to its headboard and footboard using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are finger-tight initially.
- Install Lower Bed Slats: Place the bed slats across the lower bed frame and secure them with screws. Ensure even spacing.
- Assemble Upper Bed Frame: Repeat the process for the upper bed frame, attaching side rails to its headboard and footboard.
- Install Upper Bed Slats: Place and secure the bed slats for the upper bed.
- Attach Upper Bed to Lower Bed: Carefully lift the assembled upper bed frame and align it with the posts of the lower bed. Secure it using the designated bolts and nuts.
- Assemble and Attach Ladder: Connect the ladder rungs to the ladder side rails. Attach the assembled ladder securely to the upper bunk frame.
- Assemble Storage Drawers: Follow the separate instructions for assembling the two storage drawers. Insert the assembled drawers under the lower bunk.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, go back and securely tighten all bolts and screws. Do not overtighten.

Operating and Usage
This GLORHOME bunk bed is designed for versatile use and can accommodate two full-size mattresses.
- Sleeping Arrangement: The upper bunk is accessed via the integrated ladder. The lower bunk provides easy access.
- Storage Drawers: The two drawers located under the lower bunk provide convenient storage for bedding, toys, or other items. Pull them out gently using the handles.
- Convertible Design: The bunk bed can be separated into two individual full-size beds. To do this, carefully remove the connecting hardware between the upper and lower bunks. Ensure proper support and stability for each individual bed after separation.

Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your bunk bed.
- Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the wood finish.
- Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all bolts, screws, and connections. Tighten any loose hardware to maintain structural integrity and safety.
- Avoid Moisture: Protect the bed from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading of the wood.
- Moving the Bed: When moving the bed, lift it rather than dragging it to prevent damage to the frame and floor.
Troubleshooting
