4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Setting Time and Date:

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button three times. The seconds will begin to flash.

3. While the desired value is flashing, press the START/STOP button to adjust the value.
4. Once all settings are correct, press the MODE button to return to the normal time display.
