1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the Generic Replacement Remote Control, model BN59-01315J. This remote is designed to function as a direct replacement for original Samsung TV remote controls, specifically compatible with Samsung Crystal UHD TU-8000 and TU-7000 Series 4K UHD HDR Smart TVs. No programming or pairing is required for its operation; simply install batteries and begin use.

2. Setup: Battery Installation

To prepare your remote control for use, follow these steps to install the batteries:

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
2. Press down on the tab and slide the cover downwards to open the compartment.
3. Insert two (2) 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
4. Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.
